The property sits at approximately 7,000 feet above sea level

What time is check in and check out?
Check in begins at 3:00 pm. Please let us know your estimated time of arrival so that we can be on hand to check you in to your cabin. Check out is 10:30 a.m.

You will receive the gate code prior to your arrival

Is there WiFi on the property?
Yes, there is WiFi on property

Is there fishing on the property?
Yes, there is great fishing on the property. A New Mexico fishing license is required

How is the birding in the area?
Of New Mexico’s 525 bird species 400 of those species are found in Northeastern New Mexico. San Miguel County is one of the best places to bird in Northeastern NM. There are a wide variety of birds on property year round. Many guests obtain multiple Lifers while on property

Are tents or RVs allowed on the property?
No. There are several campgrounds in Pecos Canyon located on State Highway 63 that offer areas for tents and RVs.

Can guests visit me on the property?
Please check with the office. There is a $10.00 parking fee for visitors

What should we bring?
The cabins are fully furnished and include bed linens, bath towels, dishes and cookware. Suggested items to bring include a flashlight, fishing gear, binoculars for bird watching, bug spray, layered clothing as our nights can be cool to chilly even in the summer, a beach towel if you plan to go into the river, personal effects, food.
