- We require all guests to wear face coverings during check in and when outside on property, and to maintain social distance
- We are compliant with the State of New Mexico and the NM Department of Health pandemic protocols
- How close are the cabins to the river?
- The property is located on the east bank of the Pecos River
- Each cabin has either a deck or a patio which face the river
- Easy access to the river
- Are the cabins open year round?
- The modern cabins, Aspen, Pinon, the River Studio and the Lodge are open year round
- The rustic cabins, Spirit and Raven, are open during the summer months
- Can I fish at the property?
- There is easy access to the river and to fishing. A NM fishing license is required. Children less than 12 fish for free
- What amenities do the cabins offer?
- The cabins are fully furnished, have WiFi and dish/silver/cookware, bed linens and bath towels. Shampoo, dish soap, paper towels, coffee, a gas BBQ grill, and a blow dryer are provided
- The River Studio and the Lodge have DISH TV
- Are pets allowed?
- We request that pets remain at home for their safety
- Is WiFi available? Will my cell phone work?

- Most guests’ cell phones have reception on property
- Please be advised that both location and weather conditions can interfere with connectivity
- Can I invite visitors to the property for the day?
- Only registered guests are to be on property
- Are outdoor fires permitted?
- Outdoor fires are not permitted
- What should I bring?
- Your personal effects, bug spray, clothing appropriate for the Season, sturdy shoes. Some guests bring paper plates
- How far are the cabins from Santa Fe, NM?
- Santa Fe is approximately 25 minutes by car
- Albuquerque is approximately 80 minutes by car
- Las Vegas, NM is approximately 45 minutes by car
- What is there to do in the area?
- Fish. Hike. Bike, Ski. Paint. Explore. Relax.
- Pecos Canyon State Park and Wilderness are minutes away by car
- Pecos National Historical Park is 10 minutes by car
- Is Laundry available on property?
- No. The closest laundromats are located in El Dorado and in Santa Fe
- Is there good birding on property/ in the area?
- Bring your binoculars as there is great birding on property
- Many birding guests obtain at least one (and usually multiple) lifer on property
